Question: What is an email newsletter:-

Email Newsletter or “E-Newsletter “ or “Electronic Newsletter” or “E-zine” there all the same. Basically the E-Newsletters are sent to your inbox as an email message. The company sending the email newsletter puts together the content and attaches a format (supplied by their web master or email newsletter software supplier) and sends it via a pre determined address book so in effect it is a bulk sending of a pre designed email at the same time.

Question: What is List Management

Once the newsletter has its content and design attached there needs to be an engine to send it out to a predetermined list of people. This engine takes care of the programming behind this delivery.

Question: Can I buy a List?

One Touch Contact doesn’t recommend renting or buying pre defined lists as it could contradict anti spam laws how ever we do recommend including a form on your website where interested people can opt-in to receive information from your organization.

Question: Who owns the subscriber list? Is it secure?

You own the subscriber list. Nobody else has access to your list. The list is secure within your One touch contact account and is housed in our highly secure network operations centre.

Question: Can I Import from my Outlook?

Yes we can easily import from your existing mailing list from Outlook only

No

Question: Is my information safe online?

Yes we host our servers with a reputable hosting company with a full security, backup and high speed network connections.

Question: When a newsletter is sent, can people see who else is receiving it?

No, recipients cannot see who else is receiving the newsletter. Each email is individually addressed and sent to each recipient. This makes the newsletter appear as though it is one-to-one communication from you to them.

Question: How many newsletters can I create in my account?

As many as you like.
